Are you looking for a local restaurant in Sembach? How about an average amount of options? What about nice employees? Do you enjoy average food at best? Then look no further, you've found an overpriced restaurant to eat at where they nickel and dime you for everything.

I have eaten here plenty of times to count and the food can be good but that depends on who is working. Usually breakfast is good if you get your eggs on the grill.

All the food feels way overpriced. Everything should be more affordable. The local Canteen on Sembach has a free water dispenser but this place only gives out free ice? How does that make any sense?

As you can see in the photos, there is milk but it took about 2 months to get here. Plus, there is no yogurt nor any other healthy drinking options like juice. Water is the standard but not to charge for it. There should be at least a water dispenser next to the ice.

Now on Saturday and Sundays, not counting breakfast, you have to get the short order line (stuff off the grill). No other food is being cooked and put on the main line.

Typically, a regular meal can cost from $10.00 to $13.00 unless you get a lot of side options and extras. In the states, at the DFAC, it wouldn't cost that much, maybe like $6.50 or so.

The restaurant here should be outsourcing food and drinks off base to find cheaper options for the service members since there is no dining facility here.

I give this establishment three stars out of five. The food is two stars, the service is five stars, and the atmosphere is five. So in total, that's why I gave this restaurant three stars instead of anything higher.
