Came in here a few weeks ago for a birthday dinner, they had just started to test out their fall or winter food? The service here was amazing, what you’d expect and hope for from a fine dining experience. The cocktails were great and the food was exciting, new and experimental. I had flavors and textures that I have never had before here. The ponzu to this day was one of the best things I’ve ever had. It was a cool art form especially the salad course. I’d recommend coming here as an experience and enjoy yourself. The chef explains every dish to you. It was very cool. I’ll have to try their next menu soon.

I want to start this review by saying I’ve been here twice. Both times the service was amazing - Tyler greeted me with a very friendly and warm energy that made me feel like I was coming over to my family’s house for dinner. The chefs come out and say hello, you can tell they enjoy their craft and want to engage with the restaurant attendees. The food is fun, flavorful, and unique! The wine pairings and food combinations can sometimes influence the flavor profiles of either the wine or the food. Definitely a place I recommend visiting at least once!

We had an incredible dinner and experience! The team is stellar — Hansel, Tyler, Chef James and the rest of the kitchen team are amazing at what they do. Thoughtful and beautifully executed. We can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I had an incredible meal here. Service was impeccable and each dish was not only beautifully presented but also delicious - perfectly seasoned, so many unique flavors that were mostly sourced locally - and we loved how the meal transitioned from light to heavier courses and ending with one of the best desserts I’ve had in a long time. It’s also a very small space, with chef counter seating for 4, 3 small tables for 2, and one bigger table for a larger party - extremely intimate vibe and a perfect spot for a date night where you can easily have intimate conversations while watching the chefs carefully prepare and plate each dish.

We did the tasting menu. While the food was good it certainly did not meet its price tag. It was a $960 bill for 4 people.
One of the more disappointing aspects of our visit was the cocktail pairing. Very few drinks were actually cocktails, they were just cider or sake. In fact, one of the ciders was repeated. Which just felt lazy and unimaginative.
We just felt that for the amount we paid, we should have been more impressed.

Come one, come all to the tasting menu galore! Ten (10) dish tasting menu and every dish slammed it out of the park. A unique, singular fusion of flavors accompanied by top tier wait service. Both cocktails were delicious, the cantaloupe cocktail being the best of the two. Ordered a non-alcoholic cocktail and asked the waiter to describe the flavors behind it. They then gave an in-depth profile behind making it and how each ingredient presents itself in the drink. The chefs presented most, if not all, the dishes to our table, describing each plate with the utmost detail. LET’S GO!

My sister and I celebrated our birthday here last night and the experience was beyond comparison. We were greeted warmly and was offered champagne while we waited for the Chef’s counter to be free. We were seated and immediately greeted by the chefs, who were also clearly working hard on all the dishes. Being able to watch them work (the entire team is SO EFFICIENT with their space!) was wonderful. It was entrancing but also so fun. The chefs answered our questions, told stories, and definitely educated us on each dish. Since we did the Chef’s counter, we received an additional 3 surprise dishes along with the standard 10 dishes on the tasting menu. By the Panna Cotta, we were stuffed. I added the wine pairing to my experience and EVERY wine was delicious. Tyler did a great job explaining the wines and why they pair well with each dish. (And they did. Fabulously.)

As someone who recently has taken an interest in food and cooking, this was an absolutely unreal meal. I cried on the way home. I’m gonna think about tallow poached swordfish for weeks. Chef James, Chef Steven, Chef Yung Sea Urchin, and especially Chef Adam - thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your menu was beautiful and delicious. I am grateful to have experienced it.
