We were seated right away. Making reservations 1 hr prior was easy.

Our server Toni was very professional and knowledgeable about the menu and suggested our appetizer. It was delicious!

All the food came out in a timely and was excellent!

Seafood was fresh! Favorite was the oyster platter.

Ron helped to bring out the sushi platter out and explained what was on the platter.

Toni refilled drinks right away and was very attentive.

Everything was great, the only thing was the sea bass was a bit too salty.

Will recommend and will come again! The view was beautiful from the deck.

My husband and I visited family in NC last week and decided to check out Hestia for dinner and drinks on our last day. We had an AMAZING time there! This place has such an amazing rooftop view, the food was absolutely delicious, and even the cocktails were made just right! We had the nigiri/sashimi combo, wagyu, and oysters. Our server, Toni, was the sweetest. She made sure we were all taken care of. Even the manager, Ron, took the time to chat with us and explain what each nigiri was! If you want to experience good food with an amazing view, check Hestia out!! We loved the vibes and mood of the whole place. Now we have another restaurant to add to our list for our next visit!

We hosted our annual corporate holiday event with a full buy-out at Hestia, and it was nothing short of exceptional. Chef Eiji and his team amazed us with stunning and flavorful sushi. The quality and precision in the cuts of fresh fish, paired with a gorgeous sushi display, were impressive. Chef Dustin and his team also delivered on every front, with appetizers, mains, sides, and desserts that were nothing less than superb. The Prime Striploin, Airline Chicken, and the star of the night—the Miso-glazed Seabass—were crowd favorites that exceeded all expectations.

Working with Ms. Tenille throughout the planning process was an absolute pleasure. From clear communication and menu planning to accommodating special requests and ensuring flawless execution on the event night, her dedication shone through.

Nathan and Kitty crafted a special holiday cocktail that was a massive hit with our guests, and Ms. Meghan and the entire staff went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. The team's pride in their work was evident in every detail, from the food to the service.

The venue itself was spectacular, with countless compliments from our guests about both the ambiance and the thoughtfully curated menu. This event was hands-down the best holiday gathering we've ever hosted. Hestia even impressed our guests with a thoughtful and special welcome right at the elevator entrance and not to mention the added touch of elegance by placing fresh, sophisticated floral arrangements as table centerpieces.

Visited Hestia for my birthday since I was tired of the typical steakhouse dinner and I’m so glad I did. When you first walk in it feels upscale and modern but somehow still manages to be warm. For starters, we had the Wagyu sliders and the shortrib potstickers- both EXCELLENT, literally cannot recommend them enough. For dinner, I had the wagyu fried rice and my fiancé had the filet. The rice was pretty good- it had a little sweetness to it but was nicely balanced. The filet with the cauliflower puree was so tender and cut like butter. I would order it 10x over. To end the night we had a glass of plum wine and our sweet server brought out a small birthday treat for me! I loved this place and can’t wait to come back and dive into the sushi menu.

I visited North Carolina to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and she chose this spot for dinner. My friend had reserved a table on the rooftop for outdoors, but we were seated indoors instead, which was a bit disappointing. I ordered the Kazan sushi roll, white truffle macaroni, and a Hornet’s Nest cocktail. While the food and drink were good, I felt they were overpriced. The atmosphere, however, was fantastic, with great views. Unfortunately, some of our dishes arrived about 20 minutes before others, and the drinks took a long time to come out. Our server was very kind and helpful, but the overall service didn’t quite match the high expectations I had, especially considering the cost.

We visited here for our birthday dinner. Quality of food is excellent. Sushi is very fresh and tasty. Their staffs are very nice and friendly. The service was amazing that made this occasion perfect and memorable.

Great first time visit to Hestia Rooftop! Excellent atmosphere (sat outside), service was prompt and attentive, Food was superb. Enjoyed a WONDERFUL off-menu “Cucumber Martini” handcrafted by Nathan, one of the bar managers. Nathan made our visit particularly enjoyable with an enthusiastic and welcoming personality. After picking up on our taste preferences, he suggested several unique cocktail creations that were fabulous and really made our visit unique and enjoyable! You can tell that he truly enjoys what he does! HIGHLY Recommend!

We came for our anniversary dinner last night and it was an overall great experience. For dinner we had the Wagyu tri-tip, Hestia roll and the Kazan roll. The food and drinks were delicious. The service was great and our server was very kind and helpful. The restaurant itself is beautiful, we sat outside and it was a lovely atmosphere.
